Harvey Clay
Greater Springfield Lincoln-Mercury

Harvey Clay purchased the Greater Springfield Lincoln-Mercury dealership in 1994. Since that time, he has turned the local car-selling operation around to the point where it is now Number One in customer satisfaction with the Ford Motor Company, and has won every customer satisfaction award offered by Ford for the last six years. He has also received numerous other awards for quality performance in the automotive business.

Harvey has also contributed generously of his time, energy and money to many local organizations, among them the Black Men of Greater Springfield, Junior Achievement, the Scibelli Enterprise Center, and the Urban League. He serves on the finance budget committee of the Baystate Health Systems Health Services, Inc., and is Honorary Chairman of the Brianna Fund for Children with Physical Disabilities. Nor is this award the first recognition Harvey Clay has received for community work and service. More than 15 local groups have acknowledged his commitment with special awards, including the American Lung Association, Springfield Public School Volunteers, the Young Mens’ Christian Association and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
